1 - Make sure you have plenty of healthy food in your diet and start cutting back on the bad food. Pay more attention to what you are eating to control this. First, control this and then have exercise as the next step. Take exercising one step at a time, especially if you don’t like it. Try 15 to 30 minutes a time at first.

6. Sweets like candy, cookies, sodas, and cakes are very unhealthy and the fact that they are should not come as a surprise to you. In order for the pounds to melt away you will need to cut these bad goodies out of your diet at least 80% of the time if not all of the time.
7 - Eat a healthy breakfast. The largest amount of calories needs to be eaten early in the day, with breakfast not being an exception.
8. You can control the amount of portions by simply leaving some food left over on your plate. Let your protein consumption be proportionate to the quantity of food you take.
