Find Out Some of the Best Selling Toys and Board Games for this Christmas

Xmas day is a very important moment for UK children; they have heard the excellent stories of Mr and Mrs Claus and the reindeers and the special day of the 25th of Dec. Through out the build up, UK children are on toy sites and in catalogues hunting high and low for the most recent action figure for them to place at the top of their Christmas list. At school and pre school the number one conversation is what game they will be asking Mr and Mrs Claus and if he can bring them lots more video games than their peers.

Every Christmas period the toy market research companies and toy websites start making their predictions about what video game will drive forward as the number one greatest seller for that Christmas period. In past years the UK have seen the Nintendo DS and the Furbies coming in at the top. Picking the best girls toys can be easy with the range of life-like baby dolls.

One of the predicted Games and Toys is from the superb Ben 10 toy range. Ben 10 is a kids animated series from the States and is about a young kid called Ben who happens upon a weird alien watch item that holds itself onto his wrist and provides him with superb extra ordinary powers. With his extra ordinary powers, Ben helps others when they get into trouble as well as create some fun mischief with his cousin Gwen. With the excellent success of the cartoon, a superb range of excellent kids action figures have been made, these include figures and tents.

Another popular seller this Christmas period will be kids board games, one of the most likeable being Monopoly. Based on the economic idea of a company owning everything in their market, Monopoly is a fascinating family board game that is superbly popular that 750 million individuals have played the family board game. Through out its phenomenal 100 year lifespan, the family friendly board game has seen it move into an online website game, computer game format and even an Apple iPhone game.

Whilst biggest selling predictions are vital to the market the real actual sales numbers will tell us what toy was the largest seller this Xmas.
